Recently, we held a 2-day training on effective communication at our AMOS headquarters in Singapore. The training incorporated theoretical knowledge, case studies, and role-playing to equip everyone with the ability to use appropriate communication skills to effectively resolve contradictions and conflicts encountered at work, ultimately achieving win-win outcomes.

Those who took part in the training expressed that they benefitted greatly from the two-day program and were delighted to acquire practical and effective communication skills. Each participant received certificates issued by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).
